A workspace-aware AI coding workbench for planning, source editing, build/test/fix workflows, AI Diff Review, checkpoints, approval controls, and evidence-grounded final walkthroughs. AlphaOne Harness uses AlphaOne HyperRouter exclusively for AI model connectivity, giving the workbench integrated access to HyperRouter routing, Local AI, and Auto RollOver.

Integrated HyperRouter prerequisite handling

AOH Setup checks the installed HyperRouter version. If HyperRouter is absent it installs the bundled compatible version; if an older version is present it upgrades it; and if the same or a newer compatible version is already installed, it is preserved. HyperRouter remains a separate installed product.

Provider API keys and model routing are configured in AlphaOne HyperRouter, not directly in AlphaOne Harness. Uninstalling AOH does not remove HyperRouter or its credentials/configuration.

Quick Start Instructions:

  1. Open the official AOH v1.0.0 release on GitHub and download the AlphaOne Harness ZIP package from Assets.
  2. Extract the downloaded ZIP package, then run AlphaOne_Harness_Setup_v1.0.0.exe. Windows administrator elevation is required for the current machine-wide installation.
  3. Setup checks Microsoft Edge WebView2 and the compatible AlphaOne HyperRouter prerequisite automatically.
  4. Launch AlphaOne Harness from the Desktop or Start Menu.
  5. Configure AI providers, Local AI, and routing policy through AlphaOne HyperRouter.

AlphaOne HyperRouter Windows ZIP packages are distributed through the official AlphaOne-HyperRouter GitHub repository, with release history and GitHub-provided asset integrity information.

Quick Start Instructions:

  1. Open the latest official HyperRouter release on GitHub and download the AlphaOne HyperRouter ZIP package from Assets.
  2. Extract the downloaded ZIP package, then run the included HyperRouter Windows installer and complete setup.
  3. Launch AlphaOne HyperRouter. Its icon will appear in the Windows System Tray.
  4. Right-click the tray icon and select Settings (or open http://127.0.0.1:11436/setting in your browser).
  5. Start the 7-Day Full Free Trial and configure your preferred Local or BYOK cloud providers.

Which Windows download should I choose?

Choose AlphaOne Harness if you want the complete AlphaOne AI coding workbench. Choose AlphaOne HyperRouter if you only need the multi-provider AI gateway for another compatible IDE, coding assistant, or CLI.
